Who is responsible

Anuvé is a MERBAL product. This notice covers the landing page and, as a draft, how the app will handle data when it exists.

For privacy, write to anuve@merbal.lat. That mailbox belongs to the product. Do not email photos of hands.

What this page collects

This landing page does not ask for an email, a name, a city, or photos. There is no form.

Creating an account, once the link exists, happens in the app. That app will have its own notice.

This page does not ask for payment data or documents.

Why we use the email

This page does not collect email addresses. We do not sell them, and this page does not send bulk WhatsApp messages.

If the app later asks for an email to open an account, that app’s notice will say why.

You can write to anuve@merbal.lat if you want to know what data the product handles.

Your photo, with your permission

To let you try on a design, we use your hand photo only with your express consent. We store it securely so you can try any design without taking it again. You can delete it whenever you want from your app. You can say no and keep browsing the whole catalog.

A hand can identify you. We treat it as personal data.

If you want to send a look to the salon, you choose which one and when. From that send, the salon you chose receives that photo. The salon is responsible for what it does with it.

What you see on screen is a simulation. Real results may vary.

This page does not turn on the phone camera. There is nowhere to upload a photo here.

Who receives data

This landing page does not send forms to an outside service.

This version has no third-party analytics and no ad pixels.

We may share a record if an authority requires it under the law. That is not the everyday path.

How long

Because this page does not collect email addresses, there is no list here to keep or delete.

How long the app keeps data is left for legal review and for that app’s notice.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, cancellation, or objection over data the product comes to handle. In Mexico these are the ARCO rights under the federal private-sector data law.

Response times are those of that law and its regulation. This section is also pending legal review.

Write to anuve@merbal.lat with the subject Privacy. Say which right you want to use.

Minors

This page and the app are not directed at children. Do not upload a minor’s hand unless the law and the person with parental authority allow it. The detail of that authorization is left for legal review.

Cookies

This version does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The site may use the minimum the host needs to serve the page.

Security

The page is served over HTTPS when it is published. There are no accounts on this landing page, so do not store a password here.

No system is perfect. If something goes wrong with product data, we will say so from the same privacy mailbox.

Changes

When this text is no longer a draft, we will change the date and remove this warning. If the use of the emails changes in an important way, we will ask again.
